Parking is difficult to find. There is little street parking available, although there is a parking garage opposite the courthouse. There is also metered parking behind the courthouse, although the meters have two-hour limits.

The Hayward BART station is closest to the courthouse, though it is 1.2 miles away. AC Transit has busses that run from BART to the courthouse, and also offers other routes to the courthouse.
