Attorney Keenan Webb

Keenan Webb

Keenan Webb is an experienced attorney at Silver Law Firm and the resident DUI expert. With over 3 years at the firm, Keenan has handled hundreds of DUIs, defending clients against criminal charges and having their license suspended by the DMV. Keenan prides himself on having an impeccable track record when it comes to “beating the DMV” and protecting clients’ driving privileges.

Keenan also handles the majority of misdemeanor cases at Silver Law Firm, ranging from domestic violence cases, thefts, vandalism, batteries, and child abuse. While always ready to fight and take a case to trial, Keenan has mastered the art of negotiation by securing dismissals in his cases through different forms of “diversion.” Just a glance at the Google Reviews will show how clients sing his praises based on his hard work, dedication, and passion for criminal defense. Keenan excels at seeing the humanity in his clients and working with them to show Judges and District Attorneys that they are “not just a number” in the constantly churning machine of justice.

Keenan’s unique background is what makes him a great attorney. Originally from Florida, Keenan grew up in a military family and spent a great deal of his childhood in the United Kingdom. After coming back to the U.S. at thirteen, he attended grade school before ultimately graduating from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English Literature. Keenan then worked as a High School English Teacher in Jacksonville before moving to South Korea to teach English as a second language. This enabled Keenan to travel during his summer and winter breaks around South East Asia. Keenan also spent his free time in Korea as the lead singer of a rock band and played over eighty shows in just his two years abroad.

After teaching and traveling, Keenan returned to Florida where he decided to join the United States Army. Keenan spent 4 years in the Army, two of which were in Okinawa, Japan, where he learned how to scuba dive. After four years in the Army, Keenan took the LSAT and was offered the “Presidential Scholarship” to attend Golden Gate University School of Law.

While in law school, Keenan attended the Summer Trial and Evidence Program (STEP) which made him realize his passion for litigation and his future in the courtroom. Keenan interned at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, where he created and hosted a Mock Trial Competition for interns and attorneys during the COVID pandemic. Keenan also worked at his school’s Veterans Legal Advocacy Center (VLAC) where he obtained discharge upgrades for veterans as well as increases in disability ratings. Keenan continues to work with veterans today on many of his cases and knows the nuances and benefits afforded to veterans through the justice system.

When Keenan isn’t working hard for his clients, he spends time with his partner, plays video games, and goes to concerts with his friends and coworkers. Often referred to by his pseudonym, “Kaldaan Warblade,” Keenan has become a warrior for his clients in the courtroom and is always ready for the next battle.
